We’re really pleased to share that Freshfields Animal Rescue will soon be visiting Netherton Park Neighbourhood Centre with their Petmobile van.
Their first visit will take place on Tuesday 16th June and the plan is for them to continue visiting every Tuesday moving forward, bringing valuable support and advice to local pet owners within our community.
The Petmobile service is designed to help families care for their pets by offering a range of free support services, including:
Flea and worming treatments
Microchipping
Health checks
Nail clipping
Pet food packages
Behavioural advice
…and more!
We know pets are an important part of many families but we also understand that the rising cost of living can sometimes make caring for them more difficult. Services like this can make a real difference by helping people access support, advice and essential pet care in a welcoming and local setting.
One of the things we’re passionate about at Netherton Park Neighbourhood Centre is making useful support accessible within the community, and we’re delighted to be working alongside organisations like Freshfields Animal Rescue to help make that happen.
Whether you need support with your pet, would like some advice or simply want to pop along and find out more, everyone is welcome to come and speak to the team during their visits.
