Bouncy Castle and Hall Hire

Looking for the perfect venue to celebrate your child’s birthday or host a fun-filled gathering? 

Our Hall Hire package offers a spacious indoor area complete with a large bouncy castle and all the essentials to make your party a success. Ideal for children’s parties and family events, our package includes everything you need for a lively and stress-free celebration.

We hire our Hall out on Saturdays and Sundays, between 11.00am – 2.00pm and 3.00pm – 6.00pm 

This includes Bouncy Castle (20 ft x 20 ft) 4 tables (buffet style) 40 chairs and 2 benches.

Cost: £120.00 (cash only) 

£30.00 cash (non-refundable) deposit to secure your booking. 

Please Note A total of £150.00, the £30 will only be refunded if premises are left the way you find it, and leave within the agreed time.

Preparation and cleaning is to be undertaken within the time scheduled as agreed when booked.

Any outside bookings for characters, Disco’s, balloons’, personalised decoration’s etc, please ensure that the delivery and pick of these items are within the times booked.

For all other enquiries information will be provided in the relevant documents given when booked and a deposit is paid.

Terms and Conditions

Netherton Park Community Association Agreement

(Special conditions of hire to comply with the Premises Licensing Act 2003)

In the event of any emergencies/incidents the Person at the Reception Desk should be your first point of contact. They will be responsible for general housekeeping, first aid and any health and safety issues. The hirer is a person or an organisation represented by a person aged 18 or over. The hirer accepts responsibility and ensures that all the following standards are met.

Payments and cancellation policy


Payments: A non-refundable deposit of no less than £30.00 is paid in cash on the day of booking.

The Association has the right to revoke without notice the hire agreement of the premises.

The hirer will be expected to reimburse on demand any cost incurred by loss or damage to the centre.

Bouncy castle

User age limit is 12 years of age. Please ensure no one over this age limit uses the inflatable. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the age range of the children using the inflatable is safe; specifically, larger/older children should not be allowed on the inflatable at the same time as smaller/younger children.

All shoes, eye-wear, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before use.

The inflatable is to be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, agreed by the hirer.

No food or drink is allowed on the inflatable.

No climbing, fighting, pulling, pushing, hanging or sitting on walls of the inflatable.

No more than 10 children or young people on the inflatable at one time.

The Hirer

The number of children attending the centre shall not exceed 40.

No Party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used during the hire.

All escape routes / fire exit doors are to be kept clear.

All areas are to be left clean with rubbish to be disposed of in the grey euro bin outside the reception area; floors swept and spillages wiped away.

The hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to the key holder immediately so it can be noted in the centres accident/incident book.

The premises shall be left clean and in good working order and vacated no later than the agreed time and date.

The hirer shall not allow smoking on the premises or the consumption of alcohol, drugs or any illegal substances.

The hirer will be responsible for supervision of the premises and its contents during the period of hiring.

Preparation and cleaning is to be completed within the time scheduled as agreed when booked.

The hirer is not permitted access to any other parts of the building without consent from the key holder.

The Association will not accept responsibility for damage, or loss or theft of the effects of the hirers or users of the premises during hire periods.
