We’re incredibly proud to celebrate the achievements of Jonathon Philips, who recently won not one, but two well-deserved awards, the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award and the Special Achievement Award at the Blue Heart Awards 2025, held by Everton in the Community!
Jonathon or “JP” is a big part of our Youth Advisory Board and is always full of energy, positivity and support for others. He’s passionate about making sure everyone feels included, no matter their background or differences, and he really helps set a kind and welcoming tone wherever he goes with his energy and bubbly personality.
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award is all about recognising those who embrace differences, promote inclusivity, and create a culture where everyone feels they belong. Jonathon has done just that, navigating the daily challenges of school and life with his neurodiversity with courage and determination. He keeps showing up, getting involved, and helping others along the way.
The Special Achievement Award is about recognising someone who’s gone above and beyond and that’s definitely JP. He’s given his time, energy, and support to make a real difference – and we couldn’t be prouder.
Well done, JP! You’re an inspiration and a joy to have around.
